ACSN works because real people show up — mentors who pour into students, organizers who run events, peer circle leads who hold space for the community. Whatever you have, there's a place for it.
You don't have to commit to one thing forever. Most volunteers start with one role and grow from there.
One conversation a month. We match you with a member in your field, share a mentor playbook, and check in regularly so it works.
Cultural nights, workshops, mixers. If you've got an idea, we'll co-host it. If you want to plug into an existing event, even better.
Small-group conversations where members talk about what they're navigating. Light facilitation, real impact.
Resume reviews, interview prep, financial literacy, founder office hours. Share what you know with the people behind you.
Social media, graphics, photography, newsletter writing. The network needs storytellers as much as it needs organizers.
If your campus doesn't have an ACSN presence and you want to lead one, this is the most impactful way to plug in.
Tell us a bit about yourself and how you'd like to show up. Albert or a board member reads every application personally and gets back within a few days.
No commitment yet — we'll talk first, find a fit, then onboard you properly. If you're not sure which role fits, leave it blank and we'll figure it out together.
No. We onboard every volunteer, pair you with someone more experienced when it's useful, and start you with something the right size for where you're at.
Not at all. Most of our mentors and workshop hosts are working professionals or community members who want to give back.
No — we're a non-profit. What you do get: real connections, references, a community that has your back, and the satisfaction of pouring into something that matters.
That's fine. Some of our best volunteers come for one event and decide later they want more. Some stay for one event. Both are useful.
